Our Team

The GTG staff is comprised of experienced manufacturing executives, engineers, business leaders and economic development professionals. They have had careers in Fortune 100 companies, US Department of State and Department of Defense positions. 

Vincent Cozzolino

 Vince Cozzolino is a physicist and electrical engineer with over thirty years experience with the IBM Corporation.  In 2007, he retired from IBM and founded The Solar Energy Consortium (with the support of US Congressman Maurice Hinchey from NYS) and then in 2013, he founded the Center for Global Advanced Manufacturing (CGAM).  With these non profit organizations, Cozzolino, as a volunteer leader,works to bring together a state-wide team of academic, business, community, environmental, utility and labor leaders to strengthen and grow a manufacturing industry in New York State.  In 2014, Cozzolino co-founded Galileo Technology Group to bring together senior executives and technology skills to the service of small and medium size manufacturing businesses in need of this kind of leadership, experience and problem solving. 

Petra Klein

Petra Klein was director of medical affairs for Kingston’s  Benedictine Hospital, a job she held for eight years after working as a  critical care staff nurse and in various administrative positions. While at the hospital, Klein earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees  in chemistry at SUNY New Paltz.  In 2014, Klein co-founded Galileo Technology Group to bring together senior executives and technology skills to the service of small and medium size manufacturing businesses in need of this kind of leadership, experience and problem solving.
